Tege Wins First Eurotour 10-ball Event

Sascha Tege has had a breakthrough win at the 2010 German Open held in Brandeburh last week. The 31-year-old German picked up the €5000 first prize in his home nation much to the surprise of many involved with the tour.

World 9-ball Pool Championships Finally Returns

After around about 2 and a half years away the WPA World 9-ball Pool Championships returns this month in Qatar. The event, last won by Britain’s Daryl Peach back in 2007, has had problems with sponsors and venues over the past two years but finally the event has taken over the date and venue of the former Qatar Open.
