PHOENIX, AZ (March 10, 2010) - The United States Professional Poolplayers Association’s (UPA) League of Champions continues to spread across the United States like wildfire. One of the more recent states to add its players to the UPA’s league roster within the past year, Wyoming. To continue to build upon the league system’s platform, the Third Annual Platte Valley Open will be held April 2nd through April 4th in Saratoga, Wyoming.
